• Entry Requirements: Minimum education qualification is at least Secondary 2. Able to read, write and speak English.

• Trainee shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions of any applicable funding scheme as approved by SSG (Singapore Citizen and PR ONLY).

• The trainee (or sponsoring company) shall be liable to pay the balance of the course fee to Etann Consultants Pte Ltd if any of the following conditions apply, resulting in the funding claim being rejected:

  • The trainee fails to meet the minimum 75% attendance requirement by the course.​

  • The trainee is absent without a valid Medical Certificate.

  • The trainee is assessed as Not-Yet-Competent (NYC).

  • The trainee has previously received funding for the same course.

  • Trainees who use SkillsFuture Credit/PSEA/CASH for course fee payment & are eligible for funding funding will be required to pay FULL COURSE FEE if:

    • Fail to complete your course including assessment within 60 calendar days from the course end date and/or​

    • Fail your assessment more than 3 times (applicable to Singaporeans & SPRs).

- Refund Policy:​​​​​

• If trainee cancels registration 7 calendar days or more before course commencement date – 100% REFUND.

• If trainee cancels registration 6 calendar days or less before course commencement – NO REFUND.

• If trainee No-show on first day and/or on subsequent day of class – NO REFUND.

• If trainee defers training/ assessment for more than 14 calendar days – NO REFUND.

• Refunds (if any) will be processed and disbursed within 14 working days of approval.

• ETANN reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training session where enrolment is insufficient, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• One Time Registration Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE): $25

• Administration fee: $30 will be charged if trainee withdraw less than 03 working days before the class date or NO-SHOW.

• Re-Assessment Fees inclusive of revision:

  • Basic Security Course (PGPS+OBSE): $120​

  • Basic Security Course (HSIS, RTT) & PAPP: $100

  • Basic Security Course (OBSE): $165

  • Senior, Supervisor, CSSPB & CCTC Course: $165

- Attire Requirements:​

• Classroom: Smart casual attire. Bermudas, sandals, or slippers are not allowed. Covered shoes are required.

• Assessment Sessions: Smart formal attire. Jeans, sandals, or slippers are not allowed. Covered shoes are required.
