Click Log In for Individual Users and Scan the QR code with Singpass.

Step 2: Once you click “Apply”, to scan again Singpass login.

Click "I Agree".

Step 3:  Ensure all your details are correct. “Save draft” or “Application Details” to go to the next page.

For First time applicants: Courses Attended - None of the Above.

Attach any supporting documents required or (if any) > Review Form

Step 4: Declaration:
