Yes, you will be able to access your OpenCerts Certificates and print or download PDF copies through your Careers & Skills Passport on MySkillsFuture portal. After selecting the desired OpenCerts Certificates, you will be redirected to a simple step-by-step guide to view, download and print their OpenCerts certificates on https://opencerts.io.
You may go to the SOA or Qualification listed in Careers & Skills Passport, click on the download icon at the SOA or Qualification. You will be redirected to view, download and print the OpenCerts certificates on https://opencerts.io.
When the WSQ SOA or Qualification certificate opens up in a new window in “Opencerts.io”, you will have to follow the steps below to set the parameters for saving the digital certificate in PDF:
Step 1: Click on the “Print” button.
Step 2: Indicate “Save as PDF” in the destination.
Step 3: Under Pages: select “All”.
Step 4: Under Layout: select “Portrait”.
Step 5: Select “Save” to download a PDF copy of the certificate.
After logging in on MySkillsFuture portal, click on the profile icon on the top right of the homepage, then select “View Careers & Skills Passport”.
You may download the certificates on Careers & Skills Passport and attach the OpenCerts file (.opencert) as an attachment in an email. Alternatively, you may download a PDF copy of your OpenCerts and attach it in an email.
You will be able to upload it onto your Careers & Skills Passport in Q1 2025.

To access your digital certificates, please use the Careers & Skills Passport feature on MySkillsFuture, which requires Singpass login. We have discontinued support for Portal ID, No Portal ID, and social media logins to enhance security and streamline access.

No, account merging is not possible. Instead, you will need to upload your certificates to your Careers & Skills Passport. This feature will be available in Q1 2025.

All digital certificates records will be available permanently on MySkillsFuture portal.
Yes, there is no limit to the number of times digital certificates can be downloaded by trainees from the MySkillsFuture portal.
Please approach your training organisation as your WSQ e-Certs might not be ready for download.
If your course was completed from 1 July 2024 onwards, e-Certs will not be issued. OpenCerts will continue to be issued for new WSQ attainments.

Before you do, please check through all your personal and course details reflected on the e-Certs. The course details will include the WSQ Competency Standard (CS) or Technical Skills and Competency (TSC) title and code. Course title will not be reflected on the WSQ e-Cert.
Before 31 Dec 2022, if a trainee had attained all the SOAs from multiple training providers to qualify for a WSQ full qualification, trainee will have to inform the training provider which delivered the last qualifying SOA to write in to SSG to generate the WSQ full qualification.
From 1 Jan 2023, trainees will only qualify for a WSQ full qualification from WSQ training providers approved by SSG to deliver the WSQ full qualification programme. Trainees can stack WSQ SOAs offered by the same training provider to attain a WSQ full qualification, and WSQ training providers can recognise SOAs attained by trainees from other training providers based on prevailing guidelines on recognition of prior learning.
