ELANGOH R NADARAJAN

Mr Elangoh is a Training, Learning and Development specialist with over 22 years of work experience, consultancy and advisory, and successfully helmed management roles in various organisation. He is an individual with ability to turn around organizational and operational difficulties by training and retraining staffs, installing new SOPs and training manuals using Training, Learning & Development as background to design the appropriate training programs, and successfully codifying them into organizational standard procedures. 

Being proficient in administrating and managing full spectrum in Training, Learning and Development of programmes, Mr Elangoh joined Etann with a mission to upscale the training department. The courseware developed by him in Etann has been a tool for success for many candidates of all ranges, aiding everyone of them to achieve their statement of attainments / certificates in the security industry.

His academic qualifications includes:

1. Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA, v5)

2. Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)

3. Certificate in Security Operations

He is equipped with SOAs of:

1. Provide Guard and Patrol Services

2. Handle Security Incidents and Services

3. Recognise Terrorist Threats

4. Manage Disorderly Conduct and Threatening Behaviour

5. Operate Basic Security Equipment

6. Conduct Security Screening of Person and Bag

7. Perform Security Duties at Protected Places and Protected Places

Currently, Mr Elangoh is the Training Manager of Etann, determining training needs and objectives of Etann, according to organisation’s guidelines and formulate appropriate training plans. He plans training capacity for each calendar year, administer and execute all training programmes in accordance to Etann’s requirements.
