TGS - 2023021888 Course Code: SEC-SOP-3011-1.1 Course Objective: This 2.5 day course mainly for the security personnel from the security industry who wants to upg rade themselves with supervisory skills for career advancement opportunities in the Security Industry. The learners will be equipped with knowledge and skills to perform supervisory duties within the legal framework and be able to protect client's interests as well as prevent civil liabilities. Course Outline: At the end of lesson, learners are able to: 1. Identify security supervisors job roles and responsibilities, and key security personnel working within security agency. 2. Learners are able to apply understanding of contractual agreement. 3. Learners are able to demonstrate ability to protect clients' interests. 4. Learners are able to apply understanding of security supervisors legal rights and responsibilities at workplace. Course Duration: 20 Hrs (2.5 Days), Excluding lunch break. (9am - 6pm x 2.5 Days) Assessment Details: An assessment of 2 hours will be conducted by Etann Consultants Pte Ltd. Results will be made known immediately after assessment.
