INCIDENT RESPONSE (HANDLE SECURITY INCIDENTS AND SERVICES)
Individual is able to gain knowledge and apply skills in performing of handling security incidents and services confidently and be able to apply them in the workplace, while establishing procedures to manage and analyse incidents.

Element 2: Handle Crime Related Incidents
Element 3: Handle Fire Related Incidents
Element 4: Handle Fire Alarm Related Incidents
Element 5: Handle Bomb Threat Incidents
Element 6: Handle Suspicious Incidents
Element 7: Handle Court Procedures
24 Hrs (3 Days), Excluding lunch break.
(9am - 6pm x 3 Days)
An assessment of 2 hours will be conducted by POLWEL at Etann Security Consultant Pte Ltd. Results will be made known immediately after assessment.
Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) will be issued for each module graded competent. SOA reflected as SEC-ICM-1003-1.1 Incident Response.
